Les Roches is a chic, modern villa with ample privacy and gorgeous ocean views. This five-bedroom rental rests in the hills of Colombier just a short drive from Gustavia and the beach of Flamands.

There’s ample space to relax and dine al fresco at Les Roches. An elongated, heated pool stretches across the sundeck facing unforgettable views of the sea with Ile Chevreau’s towering rock on the horizon. Sunshine radiates around the deck’s loungers, but umbrellas are also available if guests need some shade. An open-air veranda rests on the opposite side of the pool and provides shade to several armchairs, cushioned sofas, and armchairs. On the other side of the villa, there is a stainless steel barbecue grill with a relaxed dining area. There is also a home gym and a separate massage room.

In the living room, eclectic collectibles and artwork decorate the backlit shelves. This air-conditioned space features several cushioned armchairs, a plush sofa, a SmartTV with Netflix, U.S. satellite, and French satellite. An elegant, wooden dining table seats 12 guests between the outdoor kitchen and the expansive veranda. The kitchen also has a large island with an extended breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and gorgeous pendant lighting. There is also a flatscreen TV and exterior access on both sides.

Each of Les Roches’s bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom, a flatscreen SmartTV, and exterior access to a furnished terrace. The first suite rests in a separate bungalow behind the living room, and enjoys a large dressing area and a shower that opens to a private garden with a solid granite bathtub. The other four bedrooms rest in a separate cottage next to the villa’s entrance - two bedrooms are on the main level and two are on the lower. One suite has two twin beds that can be made up as a king.
