Acai is in the Roc Flamands estate, which is a few minutes from shore and elevated over the sea for the best views. The interior is modern and sunlit, with tons of windows for soaking up the ocean view.

Acai is a picturesque, modern villa located in Roc Flamands, a private estate near Flamands Beach. Ocean views are visible through every window, and most rooms open to terraces where guests can breathe in the island air.
The villa overlooks the sea and is within walking distance to the beach. The pool is framed by greenery and ocean views on the lower level of the villa. Loungers surround the pool, and a wooden staircase winds down to the road that leads to the sea. Another wooden staircase leads up to the villa, where guests can dine or relax al fresco on the lower deck and the wraparound balcony. The balcony’s dining area rests under a gazebo with a stainless steel BBQ grill, ocean views, and discreet lighting.
On the upper level, the covered terrace opens to a living room with Dish, Apple TV, and Sonos. The adjacent kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a coffee machine, and an espresso machine. All three suites have twin beds that can be made up as a king. The master suite has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, while the 2 additional suites share a bathroom. A housekeeper visits every day, except Sunday and public holidays. Acai is also fully air-conditioned.
Acai is next to Flamands Beach, but is only ten minutes away from Gustavia. Restaurants, supermarkets, and the airport are all five minutes away.
