Spend your days gathering rays on the large pool deck or sprawled on the white sand beaches of Flamands Beach - just a short walk away. When your day in the sun is over, the covered patio is just the place to gather for cocktails and to watch the sun set over the sea.

Art Villa is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath villa located in the private community of “Roc Flamands.” The living area opens onto the terrace which overlooks the pool and beach.
The air-conditioned bedrooms are located on the pool level. Bedroom #1 offers views of the ocean and swimming pool, a king-size bed, safe, and en-suite bathroom with shower.
Bedroom #2 offers a garden view and can be furnished with 2 twins or a queen-size bed. Bedroom #3 also offers views of the garden and is furnished with a queen-size bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom.
