The sea view from Aventura is unreal! You can see all the way to St. Martin and Anguilla from the pool deck, and the balcony is the perfect place to watch the stars come out each night. In fact, you’ll want to stay on the pool deck all the time. There’s so many places to recline, lounge, sunbathe, and relax that you may never want to leave! This villa feels extremely private, but has an open design inside and out.

Aventura Villa is found in the Roc Flamands’ private estate, and is minutes from the beach. An expansive terrace and equal bedrooms makes this villa perfect for any family or group of friends.
The home has two landscaped terraces. The upper terrace offers a large, heated pool and sundeck with seating, while the lower terrace has a Jacuzzi and lounging chaises. Exercise on the in-pool stationary bike, or recline in a lounger to enjoy the constant sunshine and ocean views. There’s also an outdoor living area under the covered balcony that’s the perfect spot to enjoy coffee in the morning. Inside, the main living room offers high ceilings, ocean views, a flatscreen TV, and seating. The fully-equipped kitchen sits adjacent, with modern appliances and an espresso machine. Three bedrooms are under the same roof in the main villa, and one bedroom is in the studio. Two of the bedrooms in the main house have queen-sized beds, air-conditioning, and ocean views. The third main house bedroom is the Master Suite, which has a king-sized bed, air-conditioning, ocean views, and an ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom is located in an independent studio, and has a queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom has exterior access to either the pool deck or Jacuzzi deck.
Aventura Villa is only a 5-minute walk from Flamands Beach, where the adventurous can snorkel and go deep-sea fishing, and the relaxed can sunbathe. Shopping, dining, and spas are all a 10-minute drive away in Gustavia.
