Romance reigns above the sea from its elevated perch in the Merlette hillside. This chic, two-story villa opens to ocean views and rests a few minutes from Flamands Beach.
A turquoise infinity pool sits in the center of a large sundeck. Loungers and daybeds furnish the sunbathed portion, and the spacious veranda shades the outdoor living and dining areas. Guests can relax in armchairs and read a book, feast around the long wooden table, or settle into a rocking chair with a cocktail. On the opposite side of the villa, there is a garden patio with a barbecue grill and seating. Sliding glass doors open to the common area, which holds living, dining, and kitchen spaces. Vaulted ceilings, contemporary furnishings, and unique light fixtures outfit the living room. Ten guests can sit around the dining table, which rests in the middle of the room. The gourmet kitchen will delight any cook, with stainless steel appliances, an expansive center island, a long bartop, and convenient access to both outdoor spaces.
This level holds three of the six bedrooms. One suite rests on either side of the common area, and both offer king beds, Apple TVs, balcony access, and ensuite bathrooms. The third suite has two twin beds that can be made up as a king, a flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom is located below the parking area and has two twin beds that can be made up as a king, a flatscreen TV, an ensuite bathroom, and exterior access only. The fifth suite is accessed from the parking area and offers a king bed, an Apple TV, an ensuite bathroom, and exterior access only. The sixth suite is accessed by a stairway from the main level and features a king bed, an Apple TV, an ensuite bathroom, and exterior access only. Next to this bedroom, there is a home gym. Each of the king suites enjoys ocean views.
Romance villa is ideal for large families of all ages. Restaurants and supermarkets are less than five minutes away, and nearby Flamands Beach offers powdery sand and peaceful waves. Housekeeping maintains the villa six days per week.
