A few steps puts you on the sand at the water's edge, but the villa still feels very private. Guests can dive into crystal clear waters and stroll along the sand any time they please, thanks to the villa’s prime location on Flamands Beach. Sand Club’s gorgeous terrace is home to a heated lap pool, comfortable daybeds, chaise lounges, and oversized umbrellas. The pool’s wading area and impressive dimensions are sure to satisfy any swimmer. A cushioned sofa rests beneath a wooden gazebo on one end of the pool, while an al fresco dining area, a barbecue grill, and an extended countertop rests beneath a wooden pavilion on the other side of the pool. Coconut palms wave in the breeze along the beachfront privacy fence.
Sand Club's elegant interior incorporates a neutral palette, brilliant whites, gleaming hardwoods, and polished concrete. Shuttered, wooden doors connect the living area to the pool and terrace, and allow the sea breeze to drift into the villa. A sumptuous couch and daybeds furnish the living area, and 12 guests can feast in the attached dining room. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with a generously sized center island. The kitchen’s modern appliances are seamlessly integrated into the wall-to-wall pantries and cabinets. The media room is separate from the central common area and equipped with a flatscreen TV, sound system, and plush furnishings.
The villa’s master suite rests on the second level of the main house and offers stunning ocean views from every vantage point. The suite is outfitted with a private balcony, a walk-in shower, and a Philippe Starck bathtub. Two additional bedrooms are on the upper level. One of these suites has a king bed and the other has two twin bunk beds. Sand Club has three bedrooms that are separated from the main house for any guests who desire more privacy and independence. These bedroom bungalows feature exterior king beds and ensuites.
Sand Club on Flamands Bay rests within walking distance of several restaurants along the beach, and is within a short drive of more restaurants further inland. St. Jean and Gustavia’s shops, nightlife, and fine dining can be reached within a 10 - 15 minute drive, as well.
