Villa Santa Alicia is a contemporary 3-bedroom villa in the Flamands hills within walking distance of the beach.
A cozy terrace forms the heart of the villa, with plenty of seating and outdoor speakers hooked up to the Sonos sound system. A small, heated pool sits at the head of the deck. Shaded lounge chairs and sitting areas sit opposite the pool from the view.
The open living area has a wide window, offering wide screen views of the ocean. Two sofas sit in front of the entertainment center, and the modern fully-equipped kitchen is in the back. The kitchen has a large island and sleek design perfect for any chef.
The bedrooms are equal in size with ocean views, king-sized beds, U.S. satellite and Apple TV’s and ensuite baths. One bedroom is connected to the living room, the second is in its own unit next to the pool, and the third is on the lower level.
Santa Alicia is very close to Flamands Beach, and great for three couples due to the equally sized, spread-out bedrooms.
