Villa Avalon, also known as WV AVN, is a contemporary 4-bedroom villa located in Gouverneur within minutes of the beach and shopping. This villa is conveniently located for exploring the island and boasts a quiet location, which is perfect for reading and relaxing.
The villa offers ocean views from 2 bedrooms, deck, and outdoor dining area. Sun lovers will enjoy the southern exposure on the deck while lounging by the lap pool.
The well-equipped kitchen allows guests the opportunity to cook with local and French ingredients. Gather around the outdoor dining table to enjoy the Caribbean breeze.
The villa has 3 bedrooms on the main level, while a fourth bedroom is located on the lower level. The house also has air-conditioning in all 4 bedrooms, Dish-network satellite, code-locked safes, and WiFi.
Villa Avalon comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for children, age 10 and older.
