Out on the terrace you can spend your afternoons sunning in one of the lounge chairs or choose to take a dip in the inviting infinity-edge pool. The stylish kitchen blends in with the decor and runs alongside the family room. There is dining for six as well as a bar that opens out onto the terrace so you can sip cool island drinks while enjoying the harbor views of Grand Cul de Sac. This villa is a fabulous getaway for two couples or a family that wants to relax and rejuvenate.

Iris Villa is located on the heights of Grand Cul de Sac and overlooks the lagoon and Petit Cul de Sac bays. This brand new villa enjoys amazing ocean views from every room in the house. Iris villa offers three large bedrooms. Two bedrooms face the ocean as well as opening to the terrace and pool area. The bedrooms come equipped with A/C, TV, and safe for valuables. All the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with a shower. The living room has stunning ocean and island views and also houses the kitchen and casual dining area. The kitchen is equipped for six guests and includes a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and dishwasher. There is also a wine cooler to store your favorite bottle of wine for that special meal.
