On the extended deck, travelers can enjoy the sun and sea all day long while breathing in the fragrant garden air. St. Martin can be seen on the horizon and the island breeze rustles through the leaves. The pool is flanked by loungers, a living area, and a covered dining area that leads into the garden. There’s also a gas grill for sunlit barbecues. Glass walls bring the deck’s tropical views inside the common areas and bedrooms. A Bose sound system, air-conditioning, and WiFi run throughout the property, while daily housekeeping maintains the villa.

The main common area sits to the left of the entryway, fully benefits from the views, and seamlessly incorporates the living, dining, and cooking spaces. Cozy seating and a Smart TV with U.S. satellite and French internet channels designate the living room, a minimally modern table furnishes the dining area, and a breakfast island leads into the modern kitchen. The kitchen is outfitted with sleek appliances, a Nespresso coffee machine, and expansive countertops. A washer and dryer is available as well. A queen suite rests to the right of the entrance, and the king suite is just outside. Both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom and are separated by the outdoor dining area.
