Vialenc Villa is one of the close-to-almost-everything villas. Shell Beach, a grocery store, restaurants, tennis, and water sports, are all within minutes of the villa. Maid service is available every day except Sundays and holidays. There are also other services available on request, such as babysitting, massage, a private chef, and other services you may decide you want. You can ask about the ‘Service a la carte’ options. Guests may enjoy the options of having Internet service, satellite TV, and using the outdoor BBQ and balcony. This villa has a sunset view, and many options for entertainment.

Vialenc Villa is located in the heart of Gustavia, overlooking the harbor. This traditional wooden Swedish house was built in 1870.
Its recent renovation entirely respects the traditional style and design. The large terrace running on three sides of the house make it a perfect place for watching the port activity during the day and the sunset every evening.
The living room and bedrooms are furnished with traditional colonial furniture; the kitchen is fully equipped.
