The villa’s expansive exterior includes a pool deck, a dining gazebo, an outdoor living room, and an open-air kitchen. The pool deck features a massive, heated infinity pool and ample space to sunbathe, while the open-air kitchen is fully equipped with large countertops, fridges, cooktops, and a bar. The outdoor living room is furnished with plush sofas and a foosball table for entertainment. Each space enjoys a full view of Lorient’s action-packed bay.
Felicita’s interior enjoys equally stunning views, thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the sea. The living room’s overstuffed linen couches blend style with comfort, and the flatscreen TV provides further entertainment.
