Three bedrooms and stunning ocean views characterize this modern villa. Loukoko is nestled in a gated community high in the hills of Lurin, just a short drive from Gustavia.
The stunning views can be appreciated from nearly every room in the property, including the large terrace and heated infinity pool. The villa’s commanding location also provides for calming breezes, although it may also be fully air-conditioned.
The living area opens onto the terrace and is furnished with three sofas positioned in front of a flat-screen television. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. A table for four sits between the interior and outdoor areas, a nice transition made brighter by the skylight allowing the Caribbean sun to flow through. Three bedrooms, each with its own air conditioning and ensuite bathroom, make up the Loukoko. Each bedroom features a European king sized bed, spectacular ocean view, and access to the terrace. On the lower level, there is both outdoor parking and a parking garage that also doubles as a recreation area with a ping pong table, foosball, and pool table.
