MOH villa is located on a hilltop in Lurin, close to Gouverneur and Saint-Jean beaches. This contemporary villa offers a panoramic view of Saint-Jean Bay.

The 50ft. infinity swimming pool has a deck on either side with loungers, seating, and panoramic views. The spacious living area leads directly onto the terrace and mirror pool. The modern and fully equipped kitchen blends with the living area, separated by an L-shaped bar.

The master suite has a walk-in closet, office, and ensuite bath, with views of the garden and bay. The other bedrooms are also large, and offer bay views.  Each of the bedrooms are equipped with an air-conditioning unit and a ceiling fan. The 4th bedroom, sits below the villa with an ensuite bath, living area, and kitchen.

This privately gated villa has a large parking lot that has spaces for several cars, and Gustavia is only a 5 minute drive away.
