However, if you are seeking a little more excitement and nightlife, Gustavia, the main town and capital city of the island, is close by. Villa Gros Ilets is a newly built 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom St Bart rental villa, located in Lurin hillside, just outside Gustavia. This comfortable and nicely decorated property offers great views of the ocean, neighboring islands of Saba, St Maarteen, Gustavia harbour and wonderful sunsets.
The main level features an air-conditioned great room with living area, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as the terrace with a nice little pool surrounded by the terrace with lounge chairs and a second dining area. The 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with their en suite bathrooms are located on the lower level and the private parking is on the upper level.
Conveniently located at the entrance of Gustavia and therefore in walking distance to shops, restaurants. The comfortable and well equipped villa Gros Islets is perfect for friends vacationing together or families, searching for a property next to town but yet peaceful.
