Bellevue is a great choice for large families or friends. There’s a great view of the sea and the hillside from the glass balcony, and all five of the bedrooms are equally sized. I love that the villa stretches over two levels—no one will feel crammed, and everyone has their own space. There’s a fitness room, home cinema, and two swimming pools to spread out in.

Bellevue sits on the Marigot hillside, only minutes from dining and shopping. This villa is perfect for large families or groups of friends, with equal bedrooms and a spacious design. Two levels of indoor and outdoor space leaves plenty of room for guests to truly relax.

The villa’s terrace faces the sea and hillside, with a large swimming pool and loungers all around. The pool terrace also has a covered patio that shades al fresco dining. One of the bedrooms has access to the second swimming pool, and everyone can splash in the massive upper level pool. Workout on the cardio equipment in the mirrored fitness center. The terrace blends with the main level’s living area, where guests can watch movies on the media room’s full entertainment system or read a book from the small library. The living area flows into the gourmet kitchen, which has sleek countertops and cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and ample cookware. Make a smoothie in the blender, or whip up a latte at the espresso machine, and enjoy it at any of the three indoor dining spaces. For a truly relaxing morning, take a cup of coffee to the hammock on the patio and stare at the sea. Each of the five bedrooms has a king-sized bed, TV, DVD player, air conditioning, and an ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms have garden views, and a third has ocean views. Three bedrooms have private terraces, and one of the three has its own private pool. The bedrooms are divided between the upper and lower level.

Gustavia is only 15 minutes away from Bellevue, and guests can find shopping, dining, and entertainment there. The nearest restaurant and supermarket are only 5 minutes away, and Marigot and Grand Cul de Sac Bay are nearby.
