Eden House is a 3-bedroom villa located in Marigot that has its own engineered beach with palm trees and lounge chairs. The villa is just minutes from several other beaches and shopping.
The grandiose infinity pool, which has programmable lighting, is surrounded by an expansive deck with loungers, covered seating, and al fresco dining. A path leads from the villa, through the gardens to a private coconut grove and beach.
The living and dining area opens to the pool deck and has large, plush sofas and contemporary Italian lighting with steel down lights. A full bookshelf surrounds the flat screen TV, with desks for optional studying. The gourmet kitchen offers top-of-the-line equipment, including 2 stainless-steel refrigerators and 2 Miele dishwashers. The gas range stove sits atop of a large island, which separates the dining area from the kitchen.
Each of the villa's three bedrooms have king beds, TVs, and en suite baths. One bedroom is on the main floor, while the other two bedrooms are located on the upper story. Spacious, walk-in showers and private terraces elevate the bedrooms. An additional outdoor shower provides extra luxury.
Not only does Eden House have a private beach, but Marigot Beach is also nearby. Dining is 5 minutes away, making this luxury villa convenient for nights out and nights in.
