Thelma rests high in the hills above Marigot Bay with unbelievable views and luxurious amenities. This four-bedroom villa is ideal for couples vacationing together.
Crisp, contemporary architecture emphasizes the villa’s modern design and luxury. The open, sunbathed deck faces the expansive horizon and offers several spots to relax and soak in the sun. There’s an al fresco living area, a cushioned sunken lounge, and a heated infinity pool. An awning shades the al fresco dining area, which can be opened to the views or closed off for shade and privacy.
Hardwood beams criss-cross the vaulted ceiling in the massive Great Room. In the living area, plush sofas surround the coffee table and entertainment center. The entertainment center is outfitted with an Apple TV, Smart TV, Sonos Sound System, and U.S. Satellite channels. In the dining area, ten guests can sit around the extended table between the living area and kitchen. Guests can also enjoy meals at the breakfast bar, which borders the chef kitchen. The impressive kitchen is fully equipped with expansive countertops and cabinetry, sleek stainless steel appliances, a juicer, a blender, and multiple coffee machines. A skylight in the kitchen bathes the space in natural light. A glass staircase and elevator lead down to the lower level’s garage, home gym, and movie room.
The master suite has its own privacy in a large pavilion outside the living room. It has the same ceiling design as the living room and hardwood floors. Its walk-in shower opens to a private garden with an additional outdoor shower. The second suite rests in its own pavilion as well, and also has hardwood floors and a beamed ceiling. Both of these suites enjoy European king beds, Apple TVs with U.S. satellite, oversized ensuite bathrooms, and walk-in showers. On the lower level, there are two more bedrooms with European king beds, large ensuite bathrooms, Apple TVs with U.S. satellite, and private terraces.
Thelma comes with daily housekeeping and a chef. The beach is five minutes away, and Marigot’s restaurants and shops are fifteen minutes from the villa.
