Cairn Villa is situated in Domaine du Levant, a private complex in the Petit Cul de Sac hillside. This villa has a sleek and modern design with sea views.
The expansive terrace features a long infinity pool and loungers on the lower deck. The upper covered deck shades the outdoor living and dining areas. Cairn’s gardens are visible from two of the bedroom windows, and the outdoor grill and tennis are available for guest use. The deck opens to the indoor living area via sliding glass doors.
The indoor living area has two couches and a flat screen TV, and the dining table for 8 is adjacent to the space. A breakfast bar sits behind the dining area, creating a boundary between the dining and cooking areas. The modern, fully equipped kitchen on the other side of the breakfast bar is suitable for any cook.
Each of the four bedrooms has a king-sized bed and ensuite bath. Two of the bedrooms are connected to the living room, with views of the ocean. The other two bedrooms are accessible by the terrace (one in a separate pod), with garden views. Each bedroom is air conditioned, with a ceiling fan, safe, TV, and US satellite.
Cairn Villa is a 15-20 minute drive away from everything in town; 15 minutes from dining, groceries, and the airport and 20 minutes from Gustavia Harbour. You can walk or drive down to Petit Cul de Sac beach from the house.
