Coco Loco is a Pointe Milou villa with breathtaking ocean and sunset views. This four-bedroom St. Bart’s rental is ideal for couples who want to maximize the island’s natural beauty.

The swimming pool stretches between the villa’s interior and exterior, creating a beautiful blend between both spaces that emphasizes the unbelievable ocean view. Guests can lounge in the sun or shade, and al fresco dining provides even more space to relax in the fresh air. Daybeds and armchairs furnish either side of the pool and palm trees surround the villa’s exterior. Retractable screens allow the veranda to be opened to the view and breeze or closed off to the elements.

Balinese-inspired woodwork, neutral abstract art, and a tranquil color scheme create a sense of Zen throughout the villa. Plush sofas and wicker pendant lights outfit the expansive living room, and a wood-framed doorway connects that space to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso and Keurig coffee machine, a square dining table, a large prep island, and bartop dining. Coco Loco stretches across two levels, with two king suites on either level. Each suite has a four-poster king bed, a flatscreen with Apple TV, an ocean view, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The main level suites can be connected and have outdoor showers, while the lower level suites have exterior access and a terrace.

Lorient and Marigot’s beaches are each less than five minutes from the villa, as are several restaurants. The grocery store is 10 minutes away, and spas are within easy reach in Marigot. A housekeeper maintains Coco Loco six days a week.
