Know Before You Go...®
Heloa is a very private villa that comes with lots of perks. Everyone who visits falls in love with the view, and the neighborhood is so quiet that you’ll relax upon arrival. Enjoy your coffee by the pool as the sun rises over the ocean, and take a dip in the ocean to snorkel at Lorient and Marigot’s beaches. When you return to the villa for dinner, be sure to check out the kitchen. The stovetop has a safety feature that prevents it from heating up unless a pan is on top, and your guests can relax at the breakfast bar while you impress them with your culinary skills. Heloa is also conveniently located to grocery stores and restaurants, so whether you decide to cook at home or dine out, you don’t have to travel far.
Full Sun and Sunsets!
Heloa is situated on the heights of Pointe Milou. The villa enjoys an abundance of sunshine and ocean views, thanks to the hillside location.
The lounging deck surrounds the pool, which enjoys unobstructed ocean views. The loungers on either side have umbrellas, and the pool stretches the length of the deck. The main gathering space opens completely to the terrace and view, and incorporates the living, dining, and cooking areas for guests’ convenience. Two plush couches provide spots for napping or catching up with friends, the dining table gives guests a meal with an ocean view, and the galley-style kitchen is equipped with a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and ample cookware for preparing feasts.
Heloa can sleep six guests in three air-conditioned bedrooms. Each bedroom features a queen-sized bed, flat screen TV, and ensuite bathroom with shower. Every bedroom has ocean views, and a desk if guests need to work on vacation. The master bedroom is situated in its own building behind the main house, with access to an intimate terrace. There’s also a Bose sound system so guests can listen to their own music throughout the villa.
Heloa Villa is conveniently located within minutes of 2 beaches and shopping. Guests can swim in Lorient Beach’s quiet surf on the north side of the island, or snorkel in Marigot Beach’s nature reserve.
