This villa is really well-designed for groups with varying taste. The indoor space blends well with the outdoor space, so guests can spread out in whichever space they prefer. The shaded portion deck is also really long, so you can see all your guests relaxing from any point outside.
Villa Summertime is a contemporary 4-bedroom villa in Pointe Milo with panoramic sunset views. This villa has been completely reconstructed to add a larger pool, a 4th bedroom, and modern amenities.
The pool looks out directly over the Pointe Milou bay, with nothing to obstruct the ocean view. The deck wraps around the pool, with partially shaded lounge chairs. The long outdoor dining and sitting area is shaded and looks over the view.
The main living space, which dominates the house, can be fully closed off and air-conditioned, or opened up on both sides. Both indoor and outdoor dining is accessible from the living area, which is also connected to the deck and pool. The extended kitchen is fully equipped, separated from the living area by the dining bar.
Two equally sized bedrooms lie on either side of the living room, each with a queen-sized bed and ensuite bath. The third bedroom is on the lower floor with the same amenities as the upstairs rooms. A generous master bedroom is also on the lower floor, and offers maximum privacy, a king sized bed, and ensuite bath. All bedrooms have U.S. satellite TV and a BlueTooth station.
The layout of this villa makes it a perfect getaway for a family or friends traveling together. It’s close to Lorient Beach, and a 10-20 minute drive to town.
