Tainos Villa combines tranquility and modernity with contemporary architecture, exceptional views, and an open design. This three-bedroom villa overlooks Pointe Milou, Lorient Beach, and Saint Jean Bay. While the main rooms of the house are spacious and sunbathed, Tainos was constructed to prioritize privacy.

A terrace runs the full length of the house and the large swimming pool, which features a cool stone wall, stairways, and a wading area. The panoramic ocean view, striking architecture, and comfortable furniture makes SIX a perfect backdrop for an idyllic vacation. The shower, gas grill, and loungers supplement the villa’s pool, while the covered gazebo lends privacy. A veranda with a dining table and sofas sits by the pool, and Tainos’s interior has an open-air design that draws in the views, garden, and island breezes. The dining and living areas are lit with hanging pendants that mimic the night sky, and minimalist furnishings further enforce the open design. The kitchen is equipped with standard appliances and a sturdy wooden breakfast bar.

There are three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, air-conditioning, and TVs. The master suite has a king bed and access to its own massage/relaxation area. The second suite also has a king bed, garden views, and a massage/relaxation area. The third suite has two twin beds, a day bed, and access to the living room. Every aspect of Tainos’s design has been chosen with ultimate care. The floor is tiled with Portuguese marble, the pool and spa floors are made from molten glass from Italy, the bathroom and kitchen fixtures are made of chromium steel, and the electrical systems are managed by a centralized Lutron remote control.

Tainos Villa is 10 minutes from the beach and shops, and 15 minutes from town. Lorient, Grand Cul de Sac and Marigot Beach are within short drives, and each has its own unique qualities. A housekeeper maintains the villa six days a week.
