Villa Sunrise-Sunset is privately located in Pointe Milou. The view stretches across the water all the way to Lorient, St. Jean, and beyond.
The bi-level outdoor area features a striking walled stone terrace that adds privacy to the abundant living and dining areas. A covered dining area seats 8. The pool is striking with deep blue mosaic tiles, and sits on the lower level of the terrace surrounded by lounging chaises. The terrace also includes an outdoor shower and striking landscaping.
The spacious kitchen has sunrise views, perfect for morning coffee. The counter wraps in a U around the space, creating an open area perfect for multiple chefs and big feasts. It opens to the indoor dining area, which seats 7. Adjacent to the dining area is a small study and an alcove that blends with the living room. The spacious living room features two plush couches, with access to outdoor dining on one side.
There are three king bedrooms, all with ensuite baths. One is housed in a separate pavilion from the main house. The master suite is in the main pavilion, and opens to the terrace. A lovely, slightly smaller bedroom is on the other side of the master bedroom.
Popular nightlife at Le Ti is a short walk away. Villa Sunrise-Sunset is a perfect vacation home for honeymooners, couples, or families with children.
