Nikki Villa is situated on the hillside of Saint Jean within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and the shops. With modern, minimal decor, this villa is perfect for a vacation with friends.
A sleek lounging deck surrounds the infinity pool. A sound system and WiFi run throughout, and a veranda shades the gas BBQ and a plush sectional. Inside the living room, there’s an AppleTV with a DVD player, DirecTV, and canal satellite. A small library provides alternate entertainment, and the screened windows open to the view. The dining table sits behind, and the kitchen is on the opposite side. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, an espresso machine, juicer, blender, wine cooler, and ice machine.
All three bedrooms have king beds, and one has the option for two twin beds as well. Two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the villa on the pool level, and they have ocean views and ensuite bathrooms with rain head showers. The master bedroom also has an AppleTV and a dressing room. Both open to the terrace and have private access. The third bedroom is on the lower level and opens to its own garden courtyard. It has an AppleTV and a dressing room, plus an ensuite bathroom with a rain head shower. This suite is great for children if families visit the villa.
Nikki Villa is minutes from St. Jean Beach, which is home to the famous Eden Rock hotel, several water sport options, and the airport runway. There are several restaurants within a few minutes of the villa as well.
