Villa Varuna is a contemporary 4-bedroom villa in St. Jean, just a short walk from the beach, shopping, restaurants and town. Nestled in the hillside above Eden Rock, the villa enjoys views of St. Jean Bay.
The terrace wraps around a lengthy, heated infinity pool that looks out over a view of the bay. The covered lounge area has comfortable furnishings, and the deck merges almost completely with the indoor living and dining area.
A small green garden leads from the parking area to the spacious, open living area. The living area has a seating and TV area on one end, and the kitchen and dining on the other. The dining table, which seats 8, separates the living area from the modern, gourmet kitchen. The kitchen also features a separate storage section that houses the refrigerator and makes feasts a breeze.
Each of the four bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom, U.S. and French satellite TV, Apple TV, and a Sonos sound system. Two spacious master bedrooms are on either side of the living area, each with a king-size bed and dressing area. Two additional bedrooms are located on the lower level, one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed. The queen-sized lower level bedroom also has a living area and kitchen. This room is ideal for teenagers or staff.
The villa is less than 10 minutes from town and a short walk away from St. Jean Beach.
