This villa has a great view of St. Jean from the pool, and you can watch the boats go by in the bay. This is best for a family, because not every bedroom is totally equal in amenities and size. It’s just a 10-15 minute walk to St. Jean Beach, which is perfect for a day on the sand.

Villa Xanadu is a 4-bedroom villa located in St. Jean within minutes of the beach and shopping. This property has been completely redone to offer both modern and colonial elements. The house also has WiFi and U.S. satellite TV.
A deck with loungers and chairs surrounds the pool, and each bungalow has a covered deck that offers shaded seating. The kitchen bungalow has shaded outdoor dining for 8, and a sitting area. A daybed with canopy sits off to the side of the deck, the perfect quiet place for napping or reading.
The villa consists of 3 separate bungalows. The kitchen bungalow partially overlooks the bay and has an adjacent outdoor counter and charcoal grill. The air-conditioned living room is located in a larger bungalow, with a comfortable sofa, pool view, and a large TV.
The master bedroom is a level above the living room, and has a king-size bed and ensuite bath. Two guest bedrooms are adjoined to the living room, and have queen-size beds and ensuite baths. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the pool, while the other opens to the side deck. The fourth bedroom is located in a separate bungalow near the entrance, with a queen-size bed and ensuite bath.

Villa Xanadu
Xanadu Villa, St. Barts villa review
We had a terrific stay at Xanadu villa. We stayed at the villa post-Irma, however, it is in excellent shape and appears to have not suffered any damage from the hurricane. The villa’s location was ideal for us, St. Jean beach can be reached via a short walk and St. Jean shops, Gustavia, and Lorient are only a short drive away. After spending mornings on the beach, we spent afternoons lounging by the pool. The villa offers breathtaking views of St. Jean and nearby areas. We would love to return and highly recommend this villa to others. Our party consisted of nine adults, and we found the layout to be very accommodating to our party.
Shawna provided excellent, timely, assistance to our party and took care of all of our needs.
