Cacao Villa sits facing the sea on the eastern end of St Barth, and the views don’t disappoint. This ideal location offers privacy and close proximity to Petit Cul de Sac and Ainse Toiny.

To optimize relaxation, the terrace has several lounging areas, sun decks, and an infinity edge pool. A covered veranda runs the length of the villa and holds an al fresco dining area, a workout area, and lounging space. The great room lies just beyond the veranda and features a plush living area, home theater, gourmet kitchen, and breakfast bar.

The unique master suite lies in a free-standing pavilion with a private lawn, al fresco dining and lounging, a kitchenette, private terrace, king-sized bed, entertainment system, and oversized ensuite bath. The other 3 bedrooms also feature king-sized beds, ensuite baths, and entertainment systems, but open directly onto the terrace of the main villa.
