Roc E Mar Villa is a sophisticated Toiny villa in one of the most beautiful and unspoiled parts of St Barts. St Kitts and Nevis are visible in the distance of the 180-degree view.
The villa is designed around a large rectangular infinity pool and expansive terrace that enjoys expansive views of the coast. Roc E Mar is in the more “savage” side of the island, which makes the view breathtaking. A small path leads down from the villa to Toiny Beach and the exclusive Hotel Toiny. For the more active, hiking trails around the villa lead to St Bart’s famous baths.
The main building consists of the living area, dining area, kitchen, guest bath, laundry, and queen master bedroom. The living area, dining area, and kitchen are all in one cohesive space, with ample views and seating for 8 around the dining table. Wide sliding doors eliminate any boundaries between the panoramic view and the indoor area, and makes the pool accessible from any point.
The second house on property holds 2 guest bedrooms, with large panoramic windows and sliding doors facing the pool area. All three bedrooms have queen-sized beds and ensuite baths.
Town is 10-15 minutes away from the villa, providing privacy and convenience.
