Lounge on one of the terraces, take a dip in the pool, or dine alfresco on the covered terrace or open-air deck. Lorient and Marigot beaches are just a short distance away; Gustavia and its amenities are 20 minutes away; relaxation is just a breath of fresh Caribbean air away.

Casa Tigre Villa is located on a hillside of Vitet. It offers views of the ocean, the lagoon of Grand Cul de Sac, and Petit Cul de Sac. The villa has been remodeled and includes four bedrooms and a contemporary style.
The ocean view Master bedroom on the main floor includes a king size bed, air conditioning, flat screen television with TNT French channels, 3D BlueRay DVD player, Ipod dock, telephone, WIFI, and safe. The ensuite bathroom has a bathtub, rain shower and regular shower, huge double wash basins, hair dryer, bathrobes, towels and beach towels. The bedroom opens on to a private area of the front deck, with 2 lounge chairs.
The two upper level bedrooms both feature ocean views, air-conditioning, flat screen television with Dish Network, flat screen television with Dish Network, DVD player, Ipod dock, telephone, WIFI, and a safe. The twin beds in bedroom two can be prepared as a king bed upon request and bedroom three has a king bed. Each ensuite bathroom has a rain shower and regular shower, hair dryer, bathrobes, towels and beach towels.
The fourth bedroom with a queen size bed is an independent ocean view studio on the lower floor of the villa. It is air-conditioned and has a flat screen television with Canal Satellite, DVD player, Ipod dock, telephone, WIFI, safe, and mosquito screen. The ensuite bathroom features a rain shower and regular shower, hair dryer, bathrobes, towels and beach towels. The fully equipped kitchenette has a fridge and freezer, ice maker, electric oven, induction stove, dish washer, electric kettle, toaster, electric fruit squeezer, Nespresso coffee machine, and a bar with 4 stools. The terrace has lounge chairs and a living area. Very nice for additional privacy.
The neighboring villa, Agave Azul, is available to rent for large groups of family or friends. Together, they offer a total of seven bedrooms and two pools.
The kitchen at Casa Tigre is air-conditioned and is equipped with a flat screen TV with TNT French channels and Dish Network, a telephone, electric oven, induction stove, microwave, fridge and freezer, ice maker, dish washer, regular coffee machine and Nespresso machine, wine cave, toaster, blender, electric fruit squeezer, extractor, electric kettle, and a food processor. Everything you need to serve 8-10 guests.
The large glass doors in the great room can either be widely open to allow for the gentle Caribbean breeze or entirely closed and air-conditioned.
There is an office area separate from the living area that is equipped with 2 desks, telephone, WIFI, Ipod and Ipad docks, and a printer.
On the lower level, relax in the air conditioned TV room with a large wall flat screen television with Canal Satellite, Blue Ray DVD player, and comfortable sofas. Or just sit and enjoy the ocean view.
The pool is heated with lots of lounging space and deck chairs.
