Nikaia Villa is a modern 2 bedroom nestled in the hillside of Vitet, with views over the Grand Cul de Sac lagoon.
The pool deck enjoys full views of the lagoon thanks to a glass paneled balcony wall along the length of the deck. The deck enjoys partially-covered outdoor seating, a covered dining table that seats 4, and an infinity pool.
The expansive living room faces the view, unfussy in all-white decor and a floor-to-ceiling glass window. Adjacent to the living area and flat screen TV, a breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the rest of the villa. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, ample counter space, and espresso and coffee makers. A small study is just off to the side, hidden but accessible.
Both king size bedrooms have ocean views thanks to wide glass windows. The ensuite baths are as chic as any spa, with subdued decor and clean lines. Apple TV is available in the living area and both bedrooms.
Nikaia Villa is a short 15 minute drive from Gustavia and Lorient beach.
