With an HDTV, surround sound system, and comfortable sofas upholstered in white cotton fabric, the living room offers a shady retreat from the afternoon sun. The open kitchen is adjacent to the living area, separated by a convenient breakfast bar, making meal preparation pleasantly social. A sheltered outdoor dining table for six becomes the perfect spot for morning croissants and coffee or a candlelit dinner under the stars. The terrace and pool enjoy plenty of sunlight throughout the day, with relaxing daybeds for tanning.
Teddy Villa’s two bedrooms are located to either side of the main living area, both opening onto the terrace and ocean view.
