Brise De Mer is a three-story villa in the exclusive Cap Estate community. This villa is within walking distance to two beaches and has a staff gardener, housekeeper, cook, and pool maintenance.

This property comes equipped with a private pool and lush Caribbean gardens. The pool and lounge area enjoys uninterrupted views of the mountainous coastline, the sea, and the horizon. Loungers surround the infinity pool, and a dining table and grill sit off to the side. Stairs lead up to the various buildings on property, primarily the main villa’s balcony. The third suite has two twin beds that can be converted into a king. There’s also a semidetached apartment that’s accessed from the pool deck. This is a self-contained apartment with a kitchen, full bathroom, and living/dining space. It also has its own bar and patio area. All four bedrooms have a flatscreen TV. The housekeeper and cook are available 6 days a week, the gardener visits once a week, and the poolman comes twice a week.
