Las Brisas is a great spot to stay whether you want to spend your whole holiday lounging by the pool or you’re an explorer looking for a lot of excitement. Multiple beaches, casinos, and dining options are within driving distance. Those in want of calm may do so by curling up on a lounger out on the terrace with a good book. You’ll be completely alone, with only the sights and sounds of the lagoon to distract you.

Las Brisas is a 3-bedroom residence located in Cole Bay. It has a waterfront view of the lagoon and is a central location for restaurants and the nearby beaches.
Inviting furnishings can be seen throughout the single-level home. The interior lounge is roomy, light, and airy. A flat-screen TV with cable or satellite channels is provided. There’s an indoor dining table that seats eight people, and the kitchen is fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances.
The pool is conveniently situated near the terrace’s plush lounge seating. An outdoor dining area for 8 provides the perfect place to enjoy a casual dinner while taking in the sights and sounds of the lagoon. This is truly a wonderful place to relax, sip on a cocktail, and enjoy island life. Each of the bedrooms are furnished with either a king or a queen bed. The king room has its own ensuite bath, while the two queen rooms share an adjacent bathroom.
The villa is located in Cole Bay on the Dutch of St. Martin, and is minutes from Simpson Bay and Mullet Bay. Restaurants are a short drive from villa.
