Mapai is a high-end ocean oasis within the Terrasse de Cul de Sac neighborhood. This fully air-conditioned villa overlooks Pinel Island and the cove around Cul de Sac.
Hop in one of the villa’s kayaks and reach Pinel Island within minutes. The villa offers contemporary furnishing, a large wooden deck, and a heated infinity pool overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The large covered terrace with a daybed, loungers, and a pool spans the length of the villa. The large garden and private dock add excitement. Sleek furnishings in white, red, and teak wood define the interior living area and connect to the adjoining kitchen’s breakfast bar, sleek appliances, and wraparound countertops. Each of the six bedrooms has a Smart TV and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms includes two bunk beds for children. Five of the bedrooms are accessible from within the main house, while the sixth bedroom is located below the villa and accessible from the yard. Aside from the children’s suite, each of the bedrooms offers a king bed. A housekeeper, gardener, and poolman staff the villa.
