Overlooks Pinel Island!
Pom is a four-bedroom villa with a timeless, bohemian design and an oceanfront location in Cul de Sac. This St. Martin vacation rental overlooks Pinel Island and the cove around Cul de Sac.
Beneath the veranda, guests can relax around the open-air lounge in the cushioned armchairs and sectional. On the other side of the veranda, there’s an outdoor dining table that seats 12 guests. A rectangular lap pool rests at the edge of the sundeck bordered by loungers, and a short staircase leads down to a lower yoga deck. The manicured lawn lies between the villa and the beach, where guests can hop in one of the villa’s kayaks and take a trip to Pinel Island across the channel.
Inside the stylish interior, exposed beams and amber hues add warmth and elegance to the space. Guests can relax on the extended sectional and watch movies on the flatscreen TV, or play chess on the reclaimed wood coffee table. The dining table sits between the living area and the kitchen. Hand carved wooden stools line the marbled island, and sleek floor-to-ceiling cabinetry lines the kitchen. Each of the villa’s four bedroom suites enjoys a king bed, a terrace, and exterior access. Three of the suites also have flatscreen TVs. The ensuite bathrooms each feature a walk-in shower, and three feature outdoor showers, as well.
Pom Villa is only five minutes from supermarkets and restaurants in Cul de Sac, and just a couple minutes from the beach. The airport is 35 minutes away. A housekeeper also tidies the villa six days a week, excluding holidays.
