A series of sliding glass doors lead to a 500 square foot terrace that overlooks the marina, sea, and bay. The terrace has an outdoor dining area for al fresco dining, lounge chairs and sofa. Guests can also enjoy Porto Cupecoy’s Lagoon Pool, a state of the art fitness center, and two lit tennis courts.
The living, dining, and cooking area flow in an open floor plan. The dining area sits between the living room and kitchen, and accommodates 8 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, triple door refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster and a full supply of china, glasses, cooking utensils, crockery and pots.
Each of the four bedrooms are spacious and private, each with an ensuite bath, TV, and DVD player. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, walk-in closet, oversized deep soaking marble bathtub, separate marble rain shower, double vanity sinks and built-in closets. This bedroom also opens directly onto the terrace. The second bedroom offers a king-sized bed and closet space. The third bedroom offers a king-sized bed and closet space. The fourth bedroom offers two double beds and closet space.
The Plaza of Porto Cupecoy’s shops, restaurants, gourmet grocery, and salon is just steps from this residence. It’s also a 2 minute stroll to Cupecoy Beach and less than ten minutes away from five more of the island’s best beaches. Porto Cupecoy is adjacent to the Blue Mall and minutes to the Atlantis Casino complex.
