Farniente is located at Shore Pointe, a gated community on Cupecoy Beach. This four-bedroom property is perfect for couples seeking privacy and beach access.
A turquoise pool overlooks the beach and the sea beyond from the center of a large sundeck. Loungers surround the pool, and pillars support the home’s archways along the veranda. The veranda shades an al fresco dining area and cushioned sofas. Farniente enjoys unparalleled views of the sunset over the sea, and guests have ample space to soak in the splendor nightly.
Inside, the main level’s open design showcases the fully equipped kitchen, expansive living area, and an elegant dining room. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, a massive center island, and dark cabinetry. The living area is outfitted with a flatscreen TV and a generous leather sectional. The dining area is connected to the common spaces, yet intimately set in its own nook with seating for six. This level holds one of the four bedroom suites. Each of the suites has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, a flatscreen TV, and exterior access to the terrace or balcony.
Although the beach conditions are highly variable, guests can always visit Mullet Bay Beach less than a mile away. The Porto Cupecoy Marina and Plaza are across the street and offer entertainment, dining, and markets.
