Know Before You Go...®
The villas at Shore Pointe are white with blue tile roofs, which gives them the feel of a tiny island retreat. Luna is sleek and cool, with three amply sized bedrooms. The best thing about this location is that you’re only a short walk across the street from the beach. Enjoy all that Cupecoy’s beach has to offer! If you are feeling adventurous, you are just five minutes away from Mullet Bay Beach, Plum Bay Beach, Long Bay Beach, and Baie Rouge.
Just steps from Cupecoy Beach!
Luna Villa is a quiet oasis within the Shore Pointe beachfront villa community. Luna faces panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea, Saba, and Nevis.
Take in sunsets and starry skies from the rooftop terrace, or swim around the pool as the sun shines overhead. There’s two levels of verandas beneath the rooftop deck, and both have dining tables, living areas, and views. Cupecoy’s beach can be rocky at times, due to the weather and tide. If the villa’s main access point gets too rocky, guests can access the beach from the entrance of Shore Pointe. Also, calm and quiet Mullet Bay is less than a mile away.
The villa’s three-level floor plan offers lots of privacy. The second floor holds the main living space, the kitchen, and the dining area. There’s a flatscreen TV in the living room, seating for 6 around the dining table, and ultra-modern stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The top floor is home to the master bedroom and the pool terrace. Every level can be accessed from the chic elevator or the nautilus-shaped marble staircase. All three suites have an elegant, spa-style bathroom, a flatscreen TV, built-in closets, and exterior access. Two of the three bedrooms are just off the foyer, and the master suite is on the top floor.
Porto Cupecoy’s shops and restaurants are just a short walk away. Reach the international airport and Maho’s nightlife in a few minutes’ drive, or travel over the French Border to visit Marigot’s duty-free shopping, boutiques, bakeries, and the Creole Market.
