Know Before You Go...®
Sea Esta is a gorgeous villa with an even more gorgeous location. It’s just a minute or two from Cupecoy Beach, which has the most beautiful sunsets on St. Martin, pale limestone cliffs, and sugar-soft sand. You can get to several restaurants and activities around Porto Cupecoy within a few minutes’ drive - Dany’s Beach Bar and Rendez Vous are some of my personal favorites!
Short walk to the beach and close to the marina, shops, and restaurants!
Sea Esta sits within Shore Pointe at Cupecoy, a residential beachfront enclave with gorgeous ocean and sunset views. Cupecoy’s three beaches, surrounded by limestone cliffs, are home to several beach bars and local vendors.
Sea Esta’s rectangular swimming pool enjoys panoramic ocean views, with turquoise waters and wide open skies stretching across the horizon. Cushioned loungers line the pool facing the sea, and al fresco dining rests under the adjacent veranda. Sea Esta’s fully air-conditioned villa is spread across four levels. A central elevator and curved stairway connect each of the four levels. The main common area on the second floor is outfitted with bamboo couches, cane ceiling fans, and warm wood tones. The living area features a widescreen TV, ocean views, and glass-paneled doors that open to al fresco dining. Tall white columns separate the living area from the indoor dining table, which seats eight guests. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with ample counter space, stainless steel appliances, and a utility area with a second refrigerator and wine cooler.
On the first floor, there are two king suites with large glass-paneled doors and balconies with ocean views. Each suite offers a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with pebble flooring, double vanities, and a walk-in shower. On the top floor, there is a master suite with a king bed, a private terrace, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanities. On the lower level, there is a studio suite with exterior access, a queen bed, a twin bed, a kitchenette, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Sea Esta enjoys easy beach access and proximity to Porto Cupecoy’s marina, shops, and restaurants. Athough the beach of Cupecoy can be completely rocky from time to time due to the weather conditions or after a sea storm, guests can still access the beach of Cupecoy from the entrance of Shore Pointe, or Mullet Bay beach is located less than a mile away.
