This villa is great for four couples who want to vacation near the beach and spend lots of time outside. The property is totally private, fully fenced with an electric gate that has an intercom and camera. Plus, Indigo Bay is within walking distance and Simpson Bay is only a short drive away.

Aqua is a contemporary two-story villa in Indigo Bay, a private gated estate on a beachfront bluff. This villa offers security and privacy, as its gated driveway features an intercom and camera to the living room.
The large infinity pool is surrounded by lounge chairs that overlook the ocean. The deck has a dining table, a sitting area, a BBQ, and an outdoor shower to rinse off in after a swim. The covered terrace features ceiling fans, an al fresco dining table, a gas grill, and lounge seating. There’s also a garden patio with a shaded sitting area.
The spacious Great Room flows from the kitchen to the living room, and has lofted ceilings with large sliding glass doors. Ceiling fans, lofted ceilings, sliding glass doors, and air-conditioning keep the space cool. There’s a washer and dryer available, as well. The living room features a flatscreen Apple TV and opens to the terrace. The dining room can accommodate eight people, and the European kitchen has sleek built-in appliances, a kettle, a blender, a wine fridge, and an island with bar stools.
The upstairs bedrooms are equally sized, and the bedrooms downstairs are slightly larger. Every suite has a queen bed, a study, a dressing room, a lounge, and an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathrooms have rain head showers and double vanities. Every suite also has its own terrace or balcony. The master bedroom also has a spa-like outdoor shower. Aqua is fully air-conditioned and screened.
Indigo Beach is within walking distance of the villa, and Simpson Bay’s restaurants and nightlife are three miles away. The Princess Juliana International Airport is less than five miles from the villa, and Marigot is nearby as well.
