Mille Fleurs Villa sits on 2.5 lushly landscaped acres in St. Martin’s exclusive Terres Basses neighborhood. This spacious, private property enjoys beautiful design, a quiet setting, and all the comforts of home.
Plum Bay’s tranquil waters rest just below the villa, and the beach can be reached in a five-minute walk. Mille Fleurs provides beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers if guests wish to take a trip down to the water. The villa’s impressive sundeck offers a front-row seat to panoramic ocean views. The heated infinity edge pool fills the center of the deck, and loungers and armchairs surround the border. Guests can also relax on a plush daybed beneath a shady umbrella or enjoy snacks and beverages under the gazebo. The expansive veranda borders the width of the villa and features several spots to lounge, dine, and unwind in the fresh air.
Modern Mediterranean design fills the home, from ornate metalwork finishes to farmhouse-chic decor. Mille Fleurs has modern comforts like air-conditioning, satellite TV, and high speed WiFi. There are several places to relax indoors, starting with an entryway dining set where guests can enjoy breakfast, play cards, or set up playtime for little travelers. The main lounge rests in between the entryway, pool, and kitchen for ultimate convenience. The lounge has a relaxed sitting area and a comfortable media center with Satellite TV. The kitchen’s stainless steel appliances, two coffee machines, bartop dining, large center island, wine fridge, and elongated countertops are perfect for any group of vacationers. Mille Fleurs’s common area also has a half bath for guests’ convenience. Each of the villa’s bedrooms has elegant decor, an ensuite bathroom, and a flatscreen TV. Three of the suites have king beds and exterior access, while the fourth suite has two twin beds.
Mille Fleurs Villa is within a 15-minute drive of golf courses, beaches, shops, restaurants and nightlife. Plum Bay is five minutes away, but Baie Rouge and Long Bay are also within easy reach.
