Nuit Jade in Terres Basses is one of my favorite villas because it's luxurious, modern, and located in one of the best locations in St. Martin. The property boasts breathtaking views, top-notch amenities, and a serene pool perfect for lounging or diving into a good book. As the sun sets, cozy up by the firepit with a cocktail in hand!

Nuit Jade, located in an exclusive community in Terres Basses region of St. Martin, is a spacious five-bedroom villa ideal for large groups or families. It promises both privacy and comfort, while being conveniently close to Baie Rouge and Plum Bay. A top choice for a relaxed, enjoyable stay.
The villa’s swimming pool rests on the edge of the sundeck. Loungers, tables and parasols envelope the pool, and cushioned seating surrounds the sunken fire-pit. The covered terrace complete with an outdoor bar and alfresco dining is the perfect place for guests to gather. Nuit Jade also offers an outdoor kitchen and barbecue grill.
Inside, the living area is characterized by cathedral ceilings with exposed wooden beams, lending an open, airy feel. The decor is a soothing blend of neutral tones and wooden accents, with large windows providing spectacular views of the swimming pool and outdoor dining area. The cozy living room features a plush sofa and a wall-mounted TV, while the kitchen boasts wood-hued cabinets and black appliances.
There are three king bedrooms and two twin bedrooms in all. Two bedrooms have pool views and offer exterior access to the outdoor pool terrace, while two more bedrooms have garden views and a private terrace. The last bedroom is located in a separate studio offering a full living area, kitchen, and access to a private jacuzzi!
Nuit Jade is less than five minutes from the beach and grocery stores. Restaurants and shops are 10 minutes away, and the villa is 15 minutes from the airport.
