Modern villa with amazing views!
Avanti is a gorgeous, five-bedroom villa with modern design, luxurious amenities, and an exclusive location in Terres Basses. Palm trees line the driveway beyond the grandiose gates, and stone fountains frame the architecturally striking entryway.
The villa’s panoramic views feature turquoise waters, nightly sunsets, and lush greenery. A cushioned wicker daybed with a curved canopy sits at the edge of the sundeck. The gazebo’s cubic design creates space for guests to recline in the shade while gazing at the sea. A leaf-shaped lighting panel, plush seating, and a wet bar outfit the gazebo for rest and relaxation. An L- shaped saltwater pool stretches across the terrace, and its built-in table waits for cocktail hours and charcuterie spreads. Eight loungers and two daybeds line the pool. Dining and lounging space is available beneath the veranda, as well as a Wolf gas grill. Avanti’s fenced property is also equipped with sprinklers and a security system.
Luxurious neutrals fill every space, along with natural materials, warm hues, bohemian art, and elegant textiles. Avanti’s living, dining, and entertainment areas rest within an open floor plan furnished with a flatscreen TV and cushioned seating. Light wood and stainless steel color the gourmet kitchen, which is equipped with Wolf and Sub Zero appliances, a central island, and a breakfast bar. Sliding glass doors open to the veranda and al fresco dining. There is a cork-lined media room, separate from the common area, with an 82” Smart TV and a Bose surround sound system. The interior is fully air-conditioned, and a washing machine and dryer are available. Avanti features five king suites with ensuite bathrooms, Smart TVs, and Bose soundbars. Each ensuite bathroom has a dual vanity, rain shower, outdoor shower, and a W.C. Four of the bedrooms have walk-in closets, and the master suite enjoys its own lounge and private Jacuzzi tub. The master suite also connects to one of the bedrooms to accommodate families with young children.
