Azur Dream’s open floor plan makes it hard to tell where the outside ends and the inside begins. Azur Dream is a luxurious villa situated high on Morne Rouge, a private gated community in Terres Basses. Hidden behind an antique stone wall, this villa is equally charming inside and out.
A stone paved courtyard filled with lush gardens, tropical trees, and potted plants leads the way into the main living area. Ocean views stretch across the horizon, and brilliant sunsets set the sea ablaze each night. An infinity pool with two wading areas sits in the center of the sundeck surrounded by travertine tiles and loungers. A daybed hammock hangs beneath a canvas canopy near avant-garde furnishings. The adjacent veranda shades a cushioned sectional and armchairs. A home gym with walls made from restored Caribbean mahogany doors sits on the lower level.
Inside Azur Dream’s spacious Great Room, guests can watch TV, feast, and cook using the latest technology. The kitchen is equipped with sleek, built-in appliances and extended countertops, while the media center offers a flatscreen Smart TV with Dish, Netflix, and a sound system. Shades of white accented with rich texture, vibrant patterns, and contemporary art sets a luxurious atmosphere, while teak and driftwood furniture adds warmth. Large, unfettered windows frame the ocean views, and sliding glass doors blend the interior and exterior. Each of Azur Dream’s bedrooms has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The five upper level suites each have a Smart TV. Two bedrooms are connected, and one of the two has exterior access. There are two more suites on the lower level with a private kitchen and dining area.
Azur Dream is conveniently located between several of the island’s beautiful beaches. Long Bay, Baie Rouge, Plum Bay, and Nettle Bay are all minutes away, and the airport is five minutes from the villa. Marigot’s charming restaurants, shops, and galleries are ten minutes away.
