Casa Capriolo is located in Terres Basses, a luxurious, hillside community minutes from Baie Rouge. This picturesque beach is beloved for its wide stretch of white sand and deep, blue waters.
The villa’s private pool sits between the sunbathed lawn and lounging deck. Beneath the veranda, guests can relax around the elegant rattan sofas or dine al fresco. Inside the warm living area, there is a plush sofa, a workspace, and a large flatscreen TV. Arches throughout the home create cohesion, and neutral decor allows the eye to rest on the vibrant Caribbean landscape outside the back door. Contrasting wood tones add elegance to the kitchen cabinetry, and expansive countertops lend ample space for preparing and serving meals. The dining table seats 4 guests between the kitchen, living area, and veranda. Both of the villa’s suites have king beds and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers, but one suite has exterior access and one does not.
Casa Capriolo enjoys convenience to Baie Rouge Beach and is only a short drive from St. Martin’s nightlife, supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. The international airport is 10 minutes away, as well.
