If you want privacy without sacrificing convenience, Falaise Des Oiseaux is a great choice. It’s secluded on five acres by the sea, and there’s plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing with a book, sunbathing by the private pool, or enjoying a meal while taking in the view. The beach is only a 10-minute walk away, and town is within a 10-minute drive.

Falaise des Oiseaux rests atop a cliffside above Terres Basses, and enjoys incomparable ocean views stretching to Anguilla on the horizon. This three-bedroom villa sits on nearly five acres of land secluded from other homes and developments.
This scenic estate’s oblong pool sits in the center of a freeform sundeck with loungers. The veranda runs along the length of the property facing 180º views of the sea, and provides shade for the al fresco living and dining areas. Sliding glass doors open from the veranda into the elegant living room. Modern wood and linen furnishings, vaulted ceilings, and a flatscreen TV outfit the space. The dining table sits between the living room and the kitchen, which is outfitted with white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and marble countertops. All three bedrooms have a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, a flatscreen TV, ocean views, and exterior access. The second bedroom can be accessed through the first bedroom, or from the exterior terrace. The third bedroom is located in a separate cottage suite, and is perfect for privacy.
Falaise Des Oiseaux offers total tranquility only 10 minutes from Plum Bay. Cupecoy’s restaurants and grocery shopping is a 10-minute drive from the villa.

Falaise Des Oiseaux, St. Martin villa review
Falaise Des Oiseaux is a spacious comfortable and very private quiet villa. The architecture is very particular to the property, taking full advantage of panoramic views of the sea and other parts of the island and Anguilla in the distance. The villa is well laid out for a couple or a family of four. The villa is well located in a gated community only a short drive to beaches, shopping and restaurants. We hope to return to Falaise des Oiseaux. Andrew was very pleasant and efficient.
