This gorgeous property is a mini paradise of luxury and relaxation. This home has an airy and dreamy feel, with completely white walls and high, white wooden beam ceilings. Two of the bedrooms are decorated with modern, funky art and chair seating and the third bedroom has a mini living area complete with white wicker chairs and a sofa. All of the rooms lead out onto the deck area where you can take advantage of the pool. The house has an L-shape design with the pool as the centerpiece out back and a large, covered deck area all the way around. There is a masseuse on staff at this property, so make sure to schedule a massage and add it to your personal itinerary. Though this property is quiet, secluded, and surrounded by palm and local island flora, you are still close enough to visit the other beautiful beaches that Terres Basses offers.

Amazing beautiful modern spacious secluded villa!!
Greystone, St. Martin villa review
The Greystone Villa is a beautiful modern airy place to call home. The décor and facilities were impeccable all fully functional, minimalist and clean. The living area is very comfortable & completely separate from the bedrooms so disruption is minimal. The kitchen is fully fitted, contained everything we needed and was easy to use. The bedrooms were all perfect, beautifully decorated and the bathrooms were lovely. The pool is huge & beautiful (also heated!) there was enough seating and shade outside to chill out anywhere. The villa was very clean and no real signs of bugs which one might expect in a tropical country. The housekeeper Beatrice was wonderful, very helpful and done a wonderful job for us every day.
The villa is located in a gated area, which is reassuring, it does feel very secluded which can be a good thing if you are a noisy bunch, but not so great if you are just 2 women alone. However, we felt very safe once being there for a few nights. A car is definitely recommended as it is quite far from the security entrance. The concierge were extremely helpful and were on call at all times and very kindly made sure we had some basic essential food items and gave us vouchers and tips on where to eat.
Overall, this villa was a great choice for us, it reflects my style and it’s a place I will definitely recommend or visit again. The service was equally highly rated by us all and we have very high standards!
I had a good experience working with Sharon she was very helpful in securing the villa for me. She was good at staying in contact to make sure the trip was seamless. There were a couple of occasions where emails may have been playing up so it was unclear whether my payment was made, but technology is not always perfect. I will definitely use wheretostay again in the future to make bookings.
