Although Bella Casa is super spacious, it manages to create an intimate atmosphere. You can easily relax with your family and friends or retreat into a quiet space for privacy. There’s gorgeous ocean views from pretty much every spot, inside and out. Every activity you could ask for is available, from exercising in the home gym to lounging on the beach two minutes away.
Views over Baie Longue
La Bella Casa is an impressive Caribbean estate surrounded by lush gardens and sprawling lawns. Striking views encompass vibrant sunsets, Baie Longue Beach, and the deep blue sea.
Two levels of terraces and verandas provide ample space for relaxing in the sun or shade. A turquoise Grecian pool borders the edge of the sundeck, and loungers with umbrellas furnish the surrounding space. Under the gazebo, there’s a dining nook perfect for card games, cocktails, and conversation. The extensive veranda features ceiling fans, a ping pong table, and an elongated dining table. A kitchen window doubles as a breakfast bar, and a barbecue grill sits just off the kitchen. The villa’s cottage also has a gym with cardio equipment and weights.
Arches and iron work add design interest throughout the villa. The interior and exterior décor mixes of Indonesian and French style with a neutral color palette. The spacious Great Room is casually elegant, perfect for gathering, dining, and relaxing. Sliding glass doors open to the view and breezes, while soaring ceilings with blue trim make the room feel even more open. The living area is furnished with an entertainment center, a library, plush seating, and a sound system. The French Country kitchen features blue and white Provence tiles, a French stove, two coffee makers, and beautiful views.
La Bella Casa’s twelve bedrooms are perfect for accommodating large families, groups of friends, or weddings. Seven bedrooms are in the main house, and each has outdoor seating with garden or ocean views. Five of the bedrooms have king beds, and two have twin beds. Each ensuite bathroom is tiled in Provence tiles, and several have ocean or garden views from the walk-in showers. On the lower level, there is a large queen suite with its own terrace, kitchenette, lounge, and bathroom. La Bella Casa also has two cottages with two suites in each. One cottage has a pool, a king suite, and a twin suite. The other has two king suites with ocean views.
Baie Longue Beach is a two-minute drive away, and Baie Nettle’s restaurants are also nearby. Marigot’s shops, restaurants, markets, and galleries are less than 10 minutes away. La Bella Casa is also only 10 minutes from the Princess Juliana (SXM) international airport.
