The swimming and snorkeling here are world renowned, and only a few steps from your back door! Groceries and restaurants are just 10 minutes away by car, so you can easily head out for a taste of local cuisine.
Beachfront!
La Riviera is located on Plum Bay Beach, known for its sunsets and clear water. This child-friendly villa is gated for safety, with ocean and sunset views.
The villa has an outdoor terrace with a large pool, perfect for swimming laps, and a dining gazebo overlooking the beach. The expansive terrace wraps around the villa, with covered seating outside every room. Tropical gardens add privacy without blocking the view from the deck, living room, kitchen, and dining areas. The living and dining room’s open floor plan blends seamlessly with the terrace outside, and high ceilings add airiness to the space. A satellite TV, small library, and ample seating make the room perfect for family gatherings or relaxing afternoons with friends. The dining table seats 10, and the gourmet kitchen has every necessity for cooking feasts.
The master bedroom is located off the living room, and sliding glass doors inside open to the ocean view. The king-sized poster bed and ensuite bathroom lend luxury and privacy to the suite. The second bedroom also an ensuite bathroom and a king-sized bed like the master. The third and fourth bedroom are equal size with a king-sized bed. The fifth bedroom has a queen bedroom, and the fifth bedroom has a double bed.
La Riviera is 5 minutes from Baie Nettle’s fine dining and Cupecoy’s gourmet supermarkets. Nightlife in Maho is 15 minutes away, as well as Marigot’s duty-free shopping and Creole Market.

Fabulous Villa
La Riviera, St. Martin villa review
La Riviera is everything you can imagine! Only a few steps from the huge pool to the beautiful, sandy beach and crystal clear water. Plenty of room for relaxation and conversation areas. Did all our own cooking in the well-appointed kitchen. The caretakers, Katie and Honore are very gracious and welcoming. Another home run for Andrew and the wheretostay team! Thank you??
